Special Visa for PRC Passport Holders
Delegates from the People’s Republic of China have to go through a special process, which also requires effort from the local workshop organiser. Please see https://www.immigration.gov.tw/ct_cert.asp?xItem=1089292&ctNode=32595&mp=1 for further details. It is strongly advised to start your application at least two months before the workshop commences (ideally no later than 15th August 2018), as the process takes several weeks. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible for assistance.
If you need an invitation letter to attend the workshop, please send your request to email@example.com. You must complete the conference registration before requesting an invitation letter. Please indicate your registration details including your name, affiliation and address in your request.
